Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is hiring an Order Management Analyst to support SAP-based processes for regional customers. The 24-month contract is located in East Singapore with a Tues-Sat shift from 5am to 2pm, including Singapore holidays when the US is not on holiday.

The role covers order processing, pricing issue analysis, SAP data setup, and coordination with Account Managers and Sales. Diploma or Degree accepted; no prior OM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process new orders and order changes within SLAs via SAP Order Management.
• Lead and/or collaborate with OM team for process standardization and CPIs; explore automation opportunities.
• Analyze pricing issues and coordinate with Account Manager, Pricing Team and Sales to resolve them.
• Create/manage Customer business partner records in SAP system.
• Assist in order holds to meet delivery dates and revenue targets.
• Identify data issues between systems and escalate for remediation.
• Use reporting to verify proper Order Management execution.
• Collaborate with OM teams serving Asia, Europe, and North America customers.

About the Job

• Process new orders and order changes within set service level agreements via SAP Order Management System.
• Participate in projects. Lead and/or collaborate with an Order Management team to brainstorm and actively participate in efforts for process standardization, Continuous Process Improvement as well as process automation using available tools (e.g. AI, RPA).
• Acquire a correct understanding of order pricing logic and be able to apply the knowledge to perform initial pricing issue analysis and be able to assist in collaborating with the Account Manager, Pricing Team and/or Sales to resolve order pricing issue.
• Create and/or manage Customer business partner records and other customer parametric setups required in SAP system.
• Proactively assist in order holds timely resolution to facilitate order shipment per customer’s requested delivery date and to meet corporate quarter-end revenue targets.
• Identify customer order data issues between systems and be able to perform some preliminary investigation before escalating to higher management and IT for further troubleshooting and resolution.
• Utilize reporting as needed to confirm proper execution of Order Management processes.
• Work with other OM teams assigned to Asia and Europe customers in addition to NorthAmerica customers.

Requirements

• No prior experience required. Candidates with a Diploma or Degree are opento apply.
• Experience in Order Management module in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise System Flori Apps platform is highly desirable.
• Must be open to try out AI
• Ability to quickly learn to accurately execute order entry and order change processes adhering to standard operating procedure
• Ability to write clear, polite communications via email
• Skilled in diplomatic verbal communication
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word
• Able to multi-task on daily operational responsibilities as well as project related work in a deadline driven environment
