Job summary

Flagright is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive platform adoption and value realization for enterprise customers in fintech. This Singapore-based role will focus on owning customer relationships, surfacing insights, and shaping product improvements to deliver exceptional user experience.

The role requires coordinating with product and engineering teams, maintaining high standards, and operating independently in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in operations or risk (2–5 years).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own customer accounts and manage recurring meetings and escalations across the full lifecycle.
• Analyze data to derive actionable insights and drive product improvements.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and shape high-impact features and requirements.
• Communicate launches, issues, and updates to ensure positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to align priorities and deliver value.
• Create onboarding guides and training materials to empower customers.
