Job description

What You'll Do

1. Support Customer Onboarding & Deployment

• Assist senior team members during customer onboarding and site activation
• Help prepare deployment checklists, project plans, and technical documentation
• Coordinate scheduling with Field Ops, Engineering, and customer teams
• Follow up on tasks and timelines to ensure smooth go-live

2. Data Monitoring & Platform Health

• Monitor camera and AI detection performance through internal dashboards
• Flag anomalies or unusual patterns to the AI/Engineering teams
• Help track SLA timelines and system uptime
• Assist in basic root-cause analysis for technical issues

3. Customer Training & Technical Support

• Run simple training sessions for site supervisors and end users
• Help create user guides, SOPs, and training materials
• Monitor early user adoption and assist customers with feature questions

4. Reporting, Insights & Analytics

• Compile weekly/monthly reports with safety and operational insights
• Pull and analyse data from dashboards to surface trends
• Help prepare presentations and review decks for customer stakeholders

5. Relationship & Communication Support

• Join customer check-ins and document action items
• Escalate technical concerns internally and track resolution progress
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers
