Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end activation from signature to first transaction within timelines.
• Identify and resolve barriers by coordinating with Product/Engineering.
• Monitor real-time account health and intervene for at-risk accounts.
• Drive renewal and expansion across the portfolio.
• Manage escalations and coordinate internal resolutions.
• Translate feedback into insights for product teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records with milestones and risks.
