Job summary

Collaborating with Product and Engineering, you will remove operational friction, monitor real-time account health, and pursue renewals and expansions while keeping CRM records accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in client success, account management, or similar client-facing role.
• Experience managing a defined portfolio with retention/growth responsibility.
• Proficient in at least one CRM platform with reporting, health tracking, and workflows.
• Strong client communication and negotiation skills.
• Identify renewal risk and expansion opportunities.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client activation lifecycle from onboarding to first transaction.
• Identify and resolve operational or technical barriers with cross-functional teams (Product/Engineering).
• Monitor real-time account health and engage at-risk accounts proactively.
• Drive renewal and expansion across the portfolio based on usage and business needs.
• Manage client escalations and coordinate resolutions to restore confidence and adoption.
• Translate client feedback into structured insights for product improvements and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of onboarding status, activation milestones, and risks.
