• Manage full order lifecycle including entry, amendments, consignment programs, backlog control, and customer requirements compliance.
• Oversee consignment inventory management with timely replenishment and accurate tracking.
• Lead and optimize the Customer Service Specialist team in Singapore and Malaysia for accuracy, agility, and service excellence.
• Monitor workload, order volumes, and process complexity to ensure balanced capacity planning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align order-to-cash processes and delivery performance.
• Escalate critical issues promptly to minimize business and customer impact.
