Job summary

You will coordinate with customers on delivery slots and oversee staff task assignment, supervision, and real-time progress to maintain reliability and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multi-team operations in logistics.
• Ability to develop and implement SOPs for warehouse, drivers, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer service, warehouse, and delivery teams to achieve operational excellence
• Develop and implement SOPs for warehouse management, drivers, and customer service teams
• Optimize daily delivery routes to maximize efficiency
• Coordinate with customers to confirm or reschedule delivery slots
• Assign delivery and warehouse tasks based on location, urgency, and capacity
• Monitor daily delivery progress in real time and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly
• Support maintenance activities, including basic chest freezer repairs (experience preferred but not mandatory)
