A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Customer Service Officer to address escalated client inquiries in East Singapore. The role requires a friendly personality and prior customer service experience is a plus. This is a full-time position with a contract of 3 months and the potential for renewal. Overview

Position: Customer Service Officer (EAST / Logistics) with salary up to $2,800. 5 days work week; weekends required (weekends WFH, 3 weekdays with flexibility). 3 months contract afterward with 1 year renewal. Shift hours: 9am-6pm or 12pm-9pm. No OT required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist to investigate and resolve escalated inquiries or complaints related to client parcels / shipments, such as delayed, misplaced, damaged shipments and pending documentation required.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse to identify and rectify the cause of issues.
  • Being the point of contact for escalated cases, ensuring to provide clear and timely updates to clients.
  • Proactively identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements to prevent future occurrences.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of escalated cases, resolutions, and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth, consistent service delivery.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve overall customer care processes.
Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to commit to above shift hours and work weekends (WFH allowed).
