Job summary

A prominent technology company based in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer. You will maintain good relationships with customers, respond to enquiries, and manage order fulfilment. Responsibilities include preparing sales orders, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with vendors. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of customer service experience or be fresh graduates with a Diploma, along with strong multitasking and computer skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum O levels with 2 years related experience, or recent Diploma graduate.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service in order management or purchasing experience.
  • Able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Attend customer enquiries through email and phone.
  • Prepare necessary documentation including Sales Order and Invoice.

Job description

Customer Service Officer maintains a good relationship and works directly with the customers to complete sales transactions. Your duties include responding to enquiries, providing quotations and order fulfilment. Your will be working under the supervision of the senior customer service.

Job Responsibilities
  • Attend customer enquires through email and phone.
  • Prepare Sales Order, Purchase Order, Invoice, and other necessary documentation.
  • Sales support for the fulfilment of orders placed by customers.
  • Create and maintain customer records in the system and maintain proper documentations.
  • Monitor orders against available inventory and ensure smooth delivery processes.
  • Monitor and coordinate with vendor on shipment arrangement.
  • Able to work in office at Yishun
People Requirements
  • Minimum O levels with 2 years related experiences, or Diploma fresh graduates.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service in order management, or purchasing experience.
  • Can use computer with minimal supervision: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, BC.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Can speak in English and 1 other language
  • Can start working soon.
