Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is assisting a regional chemical company to fill a Customer Service Executive role in Tai Seng, Singapore. You will handle enquiries, process orders, prepare quotations, issue invoices and monitor stock and shipments.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant Customer Service experience; SAP Business One experience is preferred. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm, with salary of SGD 3,500–3,800 plus AWS and VB. This position offers stable career growth.

Qualifications

• SAP Business One (SAP B1) experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, issue invoices and Purchase Orders, and monitor stock and shipments.
• Review and process customer orders.
• Liaise with customers to clarify order discrepancies and confirm orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and order fulfilment.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide timely support.
