Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is hiring a Customer Service Officer to deliver top-quality service across our product and service range. You will professionally handle calls and provide accurate information to customers.

The role requires clear communication, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to service delivery. Expect a 5-day work week, up to 44 hours per week, with eight-hour rotation shifts and night shift allowance.

About You:

• Preferably O’ levels and above
• Prior experience in Contact Centre environment will be an advantage
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
