Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage appointment scheduling, including confirmations, rescheduling, and reminders, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Engage proactively with clients to recommend, promote, and sell appropriate scalp, hair, and lifestyle products.
  • Identify cross‑sell opportunities during customer interaction.
  • Operate the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system and handle payment transactions accurately.
  • Provide prompt and professional resolution to client feedback or concerns.
  • Work closely with the team – stylists, hair assistants, and support staff – to ensure seamless service and efficient salon operations.
