Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service specialist for a 1-year contract in Central Singapore. The role runs from 9am to 6pm, with a roster of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.

You will respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, phone, and in-person, and help resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has proven customer service experience and excellent written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably email support.
• Excellent written communication with clarity and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills for resolving difficult situations.
• Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
