Job summary

SIKA (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a motivated Coordinator to support its sales division in coordinating orders, deliveries, and customer communications at its Singapore site.

The role involves liaising with production and logistics, processing credits, handling delivery coordination with transporters, and assisting the Customer Service Manager, with SAP knowledge being an advantage.

Qualifications

• O Level or related qualification.
• Computer literate.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the sales activities of the Sales Division.
• Coordinate incoming orders and deliveries to customers with Production and Delivery Departments.
• Process credit note/debit note if necessary.
• Coordination for every delivery order with different transporter and different driver.
• Assist the Customer Service Manager.
• Carry out reception duties during lunch hours on rotation basis.
• Identify complaint and reporting to concerned department for guidance and assistance.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Description

1. Coordinate and support the sales activities of the Sales Division.
