• Assist with student enquiries, course promotion, and enrolment.
• Conduct prospecting and support centre marketing activities.
• Handle cashiering, payment collection, and fee follow-ups.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer enquiries.
• Maintain student records, reports, and administrative documentation.
• Support daily centre operations, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Assist with school events and promotional campaigns.
• Perform general administrative duties and support the operations team.
