Natixis is offering a one-year work-study program as a Customer Relations Manager F/M (Customer Relations Officer) starting September/October 2026. You will work with a tutor to analyze and process service requests, handle inquiries from the BPCE Network and Natixis Wealth Management, and support sales teams with digital tools while contributing to quality objectives.

Qualifications

As a BAC+5 student, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school or engineering school).
You specialize in Life Insurance or Wealth Management/Engineering.
You value strong listening, writing, and analytical skills.
You are adaptable, customer-oriented and enjoy teamwork.

Responsibilities

Take charge of, analyze, and process requests within the service scope or route to the correct recipient.
Answer calls from sales representatives, qualify requests, analyze, and provide comprehensive responses.
Participate in achieving quality objectives and managing customer telephone hotlines.
Support sales reps in utilizing digital tools and encourage their use.
