Job summary

Natixis is seeking an Analytics Controller for its Operating Services, part of the Finance Department, to drive the analytical accounting system for a new entity. You will consolidate cost accounting, formalize principles, and develop dashboards to support decision making in a dynamic environment.

You will work in Paris with hybrid flexibility, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to the maturity of the financial function through robust processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in management control with a focus on analytical accounting, cost modeling and performance management.
• Graduate with a Bac+5 program (business school, engineering or university).
• Fluency in English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate the cost accounting model based on the first completed exercise.
• Formalize cost calculation principles, activity tracking rules and management rules for reliable model feeding.
• Define and maintain analytical frameworks, reading axes, cost centers, and allocation or re-invoicing principles.
• Set up a cost accounting production process with a clear, shared, recurring operating procedure.
• Evolve the analytical model according to stakeholder needs and feedback.
• Develop reports and dashboards for regular monitoring of activity and for steering bodies.
• Carry out analyses based on analytical data to support cost understanding and decision making.

Job Description

You join the team Controlling from the Finance Department as Analytics Controller within Natixis IM - Operating Services, a centralized platform of technological and operational services for the entities of Natixis IM’s asset management division in Europe.

In this context, you will also contribute to the development of the financial management of a new entity created on July 1, 2024, in a dynamic and stimulating environment. The position is part of the development of the analytical accounting system, whose first financial year was initiated in 2 e 2026 quarter. Your role will be key to consolidating the model initiated, structuring the production process, and making the management tools more reliable in order to support the financial function’s transition to maturity.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• consolidate the cost accounting model on the basis of the first completed exercise


• formalize the principles of cost calculation, activity tracking rules and management rules necessary for reliable model feeding


• define and maintain analytical frameworks, reading axes, cost centers, and allocation or re-invoicing principles


• set up a cost accounting production process, with a clear, shared, and recurring operating procedure


• evolve the analytical model according to the needs, uses and feedback of stakeholders


• Develop the reports and dashboards necessary for regular monitoring of activity and for providing information to steering bodies


• carry out specific analyses based on analytical data and support teams in understanding costs and decision-making issues
