Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a quality/continuous improvement professional in Singapore to support daily manufacturing operations and drive problem-solving across internal and external stakeholders.

You will publish technical reports, lead quality improvement projects, and assist in implementing new processes. The ideal candidate has a diploma in engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience in a high-mix, low-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Precision Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing quality.
• Familiar with precision engineering, QA environment, and high mix low volume.
• Knowledge of 8D, PFMEA and Six Sigma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Publish and present technical reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive and facilitate quality issues to resolution within timelines.
• Support continuous improvement projects including cost and yield improvements.
• Sustain troubleshooting on process and quality issues in daily manufacturing.
• Assist manager with new processes and continuation improvement projects.
• Apply root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve operations.

• Drive and facilitate internal and external quality related issues and resolve within specific time line.
• Facilitate operation improvement project plan to include cost estimation and yield improvement.
• Involved daily manufacturing activities, sustaining troubleshooting on process and quality related issues
• Assist manager in execution on departmentâs new processes, implementation, continuation improvement projects.
• Utilise problem solving methodology to identify root cause and put a fix in place to improve the operation process and preventive action.
• Assist the manager to identify, diagnose and resolve process related issues by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC methodology.
• Involve in publish and presentation of technical reports to internal/ external stakeholder.

Requirements:

• Candidate possess min Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Precision Engineering) or equivalent.
• At least 3 - 5 Years of working experience.
• Familiar with manufacturing process, precision engineering and quality assurance environment.
