Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks an order management and production scheduling support role to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate daily communications with customers, verify POs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor orders to ensure on-time delivery. The role involves escalation management and ad-hoc duties as needed.

Formación

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing workflows, production planning, or ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily communications and act as the main account liaison for assigned customers to address enquiries promptly
• Review and verify Purchase Orders for accuracy before confirming orders to prevent errors
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment
• Monitor order status and delivery timelines to guarantee on-time delivery to customers
• Expedite urgent orders and provide timely delivery updates to customers
• Assess production capacity availability and coordinate with operations to plan production schedules effectively
• Analyze customer usage trends, forecasts, and purchasing patterns to support capacity planning decisions
• Prepare detailed order reports, fulfilment status updates, and customer activity summaries for management review
• Manage escalations by resolving issues through cross-functional teamwork to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Execute additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
