Job summary

GLAS is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Analyst to join the Custody & Escrow Services team in Singapore. The role focuses on supporting custody and escrow arrangements, processing transactions, and maintaining client records.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of GLAS custody and escrow infrastructure.
• Assist with operational administration of escrow and custody accounts.
• Assist with managing transaction execution of a wide range of corporate finance and other investment related matters.
• Support transaction processing activities such as receipt, release, and settlement of funds in accordance with approved instructions and internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate operational records for client accounts, transactions, and balances.
• Assist onboarding processes for new escrow or custody arrangements, including drafting fee proposal and required documentation.
• Assist with opening and ongoing administration of bank and brokerage accounts.
• Coordinate onboarding milestones and checklist management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure onboarding processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare internal reports, trackers, and summaries relating to custody and escrow accounts.
• Data collation for management, audit, or compliance reporting purposes and liaising with internal/external parties.
