Job summary

Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd is seeking a versatile Curriculum & Operations Manager to oversee MOE and Tertiary Tuition programs. The role covers curriculum development across AEIS, PSLE, O-Levels and A-Levels, and full tuition-center operations.

You will lead multi-level curriculum projects, supervise teachers, recruit tutors, and coordinate with marketing to position products as market leaders in Singapore's tutoring landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of on-the-ground management and operational experience in Singapore tuition sector.
• Strong familiarity with the Singapore MOE syllabus and what makes a tuition program successful.
• Proven track record in designing and launching tuition products and lesson plans.
• Experience in leading a comprehensive tuition center or brand in Singapore is preferred.
• Deep and reliable network of teaching talent and industry contacts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine after-school tuition programs aligned with AEIS, PSLE, O-Levels and A-Levels curricula.
• Oversee daily operations of tutoring centers, ensuring high student retention and enrollment KPIs.
• Lead R&D of curriculum products across levels (AEIS, PSLE, O-Levels, A-Levels) and align with MOE syllabus changes.
• Conduct regular lesson observations and mentor teachers to ensure instructional quality.
• Recruit and manage a pool of full-time and part-time tutors.
• Collaborate with marketing to position tuition products as market leaders.

About the Role

We are now recruiting a versatileCurriculum & Operations Managerto take charge of our full-spectrum tutoring operation. Breaking away from traditional tuition centre models, our institute covers the complete educational pathway, ranging from foundational MOE tutoring for AEIS, PSLE, O-Levels and A-Levels to specialised academic support for university-level courses. We welcome seasoned professionals who are capable of balancing rigorous daily tuition centre operations with curriculum developmenttailored to learners of all age groups and complex subject disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Branding: Collaborate with marketing teams to position our tuition products as market leaders in the competitive Singapore tutoring landscape.

Requirements

• Singapore Tuition Industry Expertise: Minimum 5-8 years of on-the-ground management and operational experience specifically within the Singapore tuition sector.
• Pedagogical Insight: Strong familiarity with the Singapore MOE syllabus and a deep understanding of what makes a tuition program successful in a results-oriented market.
