NTUC First Campus Co-operative Ltd is seeking an Academic Leader to oversee the curriculum and teaching quality across centres in Singapore. You will collaborate with the Head of Business and management on strategy, coordinate programme development, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the teaching teams.

You will also drive curriculum writing for Primary Chinese and Higher Chinese, vet updates for MOE compliance, and lead recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring to uphold high teaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chinese/education.
• At least 5 years leading Chinese curriculum writing and teacher management in Singapore.
• Strong MOE syllabus knowledge and curriculum vetting skills.
• Proven experience in staff scheduling and resource management.
• Accountable, decisive under pressure with mentoring track record.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership for brand/teacher development.

Responsabilités

• Lead the academic function across centres, setting standards for curriculum quality and teaching practice.
• Partner with management on academic strategy, programme development and teaching team operations.
• Write, edit, and enhance curriculum materials for Primary School levels (Chinese and Higher Chinese).
• Oversee staff deployment, relief scheduling, roster management, and leave/MC coverage.
• Drive safety, data privacy SOPs, and engage families to maintain positive relationships.
