JR F&B CONCEPTS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced kitchen leader to oversee the Cafeteria/F&B outlet, ensuring high-quality meals, safety, hygiene, and adherence to company standards and production schedules. You will supervise the kitchen team and drive productivity, SOPs, and cost control.

You will plan lean operations, coordinate with the outlet team, and ensure timely service while maintaining quality and consistency across all menu items.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Cafeteria/F&B outlet kitchen team to meet safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Lead and manage kitchen team to achieve productivity and profitability KPIs.
• Plan and maintain lean operational structure for efficient outlet running.
• Collaborate with outlet team and Line departments for product and menu improvements.
• Plan, supervise and execute food preparation and production activities.
