• Strong communication skills as this role is required to communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Job description

Our client, a well-established multinational trading house with over US$1 billion in sales is currently seeking for a Digital Transformation Manager (Commodity Trading – CTRM).

As part of a 5-man team, the Digital Transformation Manager will work closely with senior leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives, lead CTRM projects, and support regional business operations across its global trading business. Reporting to the General Manager, the Digital Transformation Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation, enhancement and support of the company’s CTRM platform while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.

Successful candidate will play a key role in shaping technology initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence within a reputable trading house while working alongside a collaborative and highly integrated team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or equivalent
• At least 6 years working experience in digital transformation with a strong understanding of CTRM platforms & physical trading life cycle within commodity trading house
• Working knowledge of analytics and BI tools such as Power BI, SQL or equivalent
• Strong communication skills as this role is required to communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Proven leadership experience leading a team would be advantageous
