Better Payment Network is building a stablecoin-enabled cross-border payments network connecting banks, payment rails and liquidity across emerging markets. The CTO will lead real-time, scalable infrastructure for multi-currency settlement, FX and risk controls, driving architectural standards and a strong engineering culture.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience operating financial infrastructure at scale, and a track record shipping and operating systems beyond design.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building financial technology with leadership experience.
• Breadth across payments, treasury, FX and settlement.
• Experience scaling infrastructure for cross-border payments across multiple regions.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering organisation and establish architecture standards.
• Build scalable cross-border payments, treasury and settlement platforms.
• Ensure institutional-grade reliability, controls and governance around money movement.
• Recruit and develop a high-calibre engineering team across core payments, ledger, treasury and platform infra.
