Job description

Job Overview

We’re looking for a CTO for a new startup that is geared towards talent analytics. This individual will have a strong technical skill set in application development and the right mindset to be able to work in a dynamic startup environment.

We use open source technologies and our intent is to build out a fully baked mobile capability over the next several months. This product will house a number of algorithms and sophisticated analytics so relevant experience in this space (academic or professional) would be preferred. We’re currently running a closed beta which makes it the perfect time to join in and influence what the product will look and feel like!

In the short run this individual will be responsible for working with vendor partners to shape initial versions of this product. Over time this individual will be responsible for building out a team of in-house IT experts for product creation and delivery.

In terms of compensation we would offer a combination of equity and a salary. Joining in part-time initially could be an option as well.
