Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD.

is seeking a CSSD Technician (Surgery Instrument) to perform quality checks, disassemble, rinse and disinfect instruments, and prepare procedure carts for theater use. You will operate cleaning equipment ( Ultrasonic washer, Washer disinfector, cart washer ), package items with proper materials, identify each sterilizer load and maintain cycle records, stock sterile supplies, and issue them where needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• HMI/ITE Healthcare Support in Sterilization Service is advantageous.
• Ability to perform quality checks and instrument processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks and quantity counts for instrument sets, loose instruments, and utensils.
• Sort, disassemble, rinse, and disinfect instruments and utensils.
• Operate and troubleshoot cleaning equipment, including Ultrasonic washer, Washer disinfector and cart washer.
• Package items using suitable packing materials (loose instruments, instrument sets, linen and utensils).
• Identify each sterilizer load and maintain records for every cycle.
• Stock, label, and issue sterile supplies.
• Prepare procedure carts according to surgery preference cardex.

As a CSSD Technician (Surgery Instrument), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Perform quality checks and quantity counts for instrument sets, loose instruments, and utensils.


• Use appropriate methods and solutions to sort, disassemble, rinse, and disinfect instruments and utensils.


• Operate and troubleshoot cleaning equipment, including Ultrasonic washer, Washer disinfector and cart washer.


• Package the following items using suitable packing materials such as Loose instruments, Instrument sets, Linen and Utensils.


• Properly identify each sterilizer load and maintain records for every cycle.


• Stock, label, and issue sterile supplies.


• Prepare procedure carts according to surgery preference cardex.

Requirements:

• Candidates with HMI / ITE Certificate for Healthcare Support (Sterilization Service) will be an advantage.


• At least 1 year of relevant working experiences.
