Job summary

CapitaLand is offering a CSR internship in Singapore as part of the Group CSR Team, focusing on planning and executing CHF initiatives, engaging internal and external stakeholders, and developing communication materials to drive social impact.

The role requires strong English communication, a curious and meticulous mindset, and a willingness to commit for at least 6 months. Knowledge of digital tools and MS Office is advantageous for reporting and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders clearly.
• Good analytical, multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Interest in CSR and community development; prior experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing CSR/CHF initiatives in Singapore.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, partners, volunteers, and funding focus areas.
• Support digitalisation of processes and data management.
• Contribute to CSR/CHF communications materials and storytelling.
• Assist in volunteer recruitment and project coordination.
• Assist in CSR/CHF report preparation and data analysis.
