Job summary

CapitaLand is offering a CSR internship in Singapore as part of the Group CSR Team. You will work with like-minded colleagues to drive social impact across CapitaLand Group with a focus on education, health and well-being initiatives.

The role involves planning and executing CSR/CHF initiatives, coordinating with partners, and supporting communications, data collection and reporting. A commitment of at least 6 months is preferred and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Team player with strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Curious, resourceful and meticulous with analytical ability.
• Excellent English writing and speaking; Chinese is a plus when liaising with teams in China.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic design tools for reporting and storytelling.
• Interest in CSR and community development with some volunteer experience.
• Able to commit for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of CSR/CHF initiatives in Singapore.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, community partners and volunteers.
• Support digitalisation of business processes and data management.
• Contribute to content development for CSR communications.
• Support volunteer recruitment, coordination and reporting.
• Perform data collection and analysis for CSR/CHF reports.
