Job summary

You will lead architecture, drive secure automation, and mentor engineering teams while coordinating with security and operations to maintain platform resilience. This is a office-based role in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in cryptography, PKI and security platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform architecture, deployment, upgrades, patching and operational readiness.
• Manage PKI lifecycle including issuance, renewal, revocation and trust stores.
• Implement certificate discovery and TLS/SSL troubleshooting.
• Integrate Keyfactor or equivalent PKI solutions.
• Automate certificate workflows with CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible and Helm.
• Administer Linux and Kubernetes environments.
• Develop monitoring with OpenSearch, ELK and Splunk.
• Secure integration with AWS, Azure, F5, NGINX, IIS and Kubernetes.
• Provide technical leadership, runbooks, and knowledge transfer to teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AgileSec Analytics platform architecture, deployment, upgrades, patching and operational readiness.
• Manage PKI and certificate lifecycle including issuance, renewal, revocation, rotation, trust stores and PKI operations.
• Implement certificate and asset discovery using Cipher Insights.
• Troubleshoot TLS/SSL, certificate chains, OCSP/CRL, trust and certificate expiry issues.
• Integrate and operate Keyfactor or equivalent PKI solutions.
• Build REST API, webhook and system integrations with secure credential management.
• Automate certificate workflows using CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible and Helm.
• Administer Linux and Kubernetes environments.
• Develop monitoring and analytics using OpenSearch, ELK and Splunk.
• Integrate AgileSec/Keyfactor with AWS, Azure, F5, NGINX, IIS and Kubernetes.
• Lead troubleshooting and remediation of certificate, connectivity and platform incidents.
• Develop technical documentation, procedures, guides and runbooks.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and knowledge transfer to engineering and operations teams.
• Support Security-as-Code and automation of security controls.
