Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in finance, Mandarin fluency, strong communication, and a passion for systematic trading. This role offers hybrid work and regional collaboration across offices.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant work experience at a financial institution including crypto exchanges.
• Experience with crypto market structure including commodity and equity perps.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and transition between projects.
• Interest in systematic trading and trading technology.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations alongside internal teams.
• Expand participation on crypto exchanges and liquidity venues.
• Manage relationships with exchanges, lenders, brokers, and custodians.
• Execute strategic priorities and perform market research.
• Organize administrative records to support trading activity.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by senior managers.
