Job summary

Binance is seeking a Brand KOL BD professional in Singapore with 2–4 years of relevant experience. You will identify and engage KOLs, coordinate events, and manage communications to protect and enhance the brand’s public perception.

You will act as a liaison between Binance and KOLs, support crisis communications, and collaborate with cross functional teams to align PR goals. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, with 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Presentable, confident, and comfortable attending events and engaging with influencers.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the crypto/blockchain industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and engaging KOLs aligned with our brand values.
• Support the Brand team in organizing and attending KOL events, meetings, and networking activities.
• Act as a liaison between the company and KOLs, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Help manage crisis communications and support resolution efforts with KOLs during sensitive situations.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and reports on KOL activities and public sentiment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align KOL strategies with overall PR goals.
• Maintain a professional and presentable image as a representative of the company.
