EU Holidays Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Cruise Counter Sales/Consultant to advise walk-in customers on cruise holidays, prepare quotations, and handle bookings with care and accuracy.

You will grow your portfolio to include flights, hotels, and other travel products while benefiting from structured training and performance-based commissions.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in cruises; having cruised before is a strong advantage
• Experience in selling cruises or cruise packages is highly preferred
• Prior experience in travel, retail, sales or customer service is an advantage; beginners with the right attitude are welcome and will be trained

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers (and online enquiries from time to time), understand their travel needs and recommend suitable cruise options
• Prepare quotations, process bookings and ticketing, and arrange itineraries accurately and on time
• Promote and sell cruises from our partner cruise lines; will be also sell flights, hotels, shore excursions and other travel products
• Provide professional pre-sales and after-sales service, including follow-ups, amendments and customer enquiries
• Keep up to date with cruise itineraries, promotions and product knowledge
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
• Contribute to the team’s sales performance and work closely with colleagues

Love cruises and enjoy helping people plan their holidays? Join us as a Cruise Counter Sales / Consultant and turn your passion for cruising into a career.

You will be the face of our travel counter, advising walk-in customers on cruise holidays, preparing quotations, handling bookings and arranging itineraries. Over time, you can grow your portfolio to include flights, hotels, shore excursions and other travel products. High performers are rewarded with commission and the chance to join Familiarization (Fam) Trips to experience cruise products first-hand.

Full training will be provided. We welcome experienced cruise sales professionals, as well as enthusiastic beginners who are keen to learn.
