Job summary

Citi in Singapore is seeking a senior leader to drive the cross-border payments product agenda across Asia clusters. The role focuses on developing client value propositions, pricing strategies, segmentation, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred partner status with Citi’s clients.

You will oversee day-to-day product management, client experience, and cross-functional collaboration with markets, FX, operations and technology to accelerate growth while maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
• Experience in payments, cash management, and FX is essential.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and drive client value propositions, pricing, segmentation and differentiation for Citi’s cross-border payments offerings.
• Supervise day-to-day product management including delivery, client experience and communication strategies; prioritize and remove obstacles.
• Drive product commercialization across client segments and clusters; partner with global product teams to improve capabilities and attract flows.
• Collaborate with Markets, FX, operations, and technology to grow transactional FX flows and implement bundled solutions by client segment and country.
