Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English; JLPT with Japanese comprehension required.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-border M&A origination: market research, list creation, teaser prep, information materials.
• Support cross-border M&A executions as financial advisor: due diligence coordination, financial modeling, valuation analyses, and information memorandum prep.
