Job summary

StarHub seeks an experienced CRM Engineer to design, build, and operate core CRM and Order Management platforms powering onboarding, sales journeys, and fulfilment. The role focuses on scalable, resilient, cloud-native solutions with automation and observability for rapid product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in software engineering, preferably CRM/BSS or enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services for CRM, Product Catalogue, Campaigns, OM, and Revenue/Billing integration.
• Build and enhance workflow-driven processes for end-to-end order lifecycle orchestration.
• Build secure, scalable REST APIs for integration with billing, provisioning/OSS systems, digital channels, and partners.
• Ensure API contract stability, versioning, and backward compatibility.
• Write and optimize complex SQL for high-volume transactions across order and billing flows.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response; perform root cause analysis and fixes.
• Operate and maintain services on Kubernetes (EKS), including deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support automated releases.
• Implement monitoring and alerting with Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
• Produce technical design documentation and integration specifications.
• Participate in code reviews and drive continuous engineering improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and vendors.
