Job summary

Watsons Singapore is seeking a Marketing Intern to support the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team in managing the Watsons Loyalty Programme. You will assist in member promotions, develop marketing collaterals, and create engaging content across channels.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Business-related studies, are adaptable and meticulous, and proficient in MS Office. This is a 6-month internship beginning November 2026, requiring a full-time, 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Related Studies
• Adaptable and able to adjust to changing priorities
• Independent and meticulous with good attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Available to start from November 2026 for a 6-month internship
• Able to commit to a 5‑day, full‑time work week

Responsibilities

• Assist the CRM team with managing Watsons Loyalty Programme
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan and execute members' promotional campaigns
• Develop collaterals, in-store POS materials, eDMs, social and web content
• Provide administrative support to the CRM team
• Handle ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned
