Job summary

Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. offers a Customer Relationship Management internship. The successful intern will collaborate with Marketing, Sales and After Sales, gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day CRM operations in Singapore.

You will monitor customer satisfaction, manage leads and data accuracy, support data cleansing and reconsent campaigns, and assist with sales-related CRM tasks. This full-time internship runs through Dec/Jan 2027 to Jun/Jul 2027.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently.
• Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with Marketing, Sales and After Sales teams to monitor customer satisfaction scores, track leads and KPI, and ensure data accuracy.
• Address and troubleshoot all CRM inquiries in coordination with the Customer Interaction Centre team.
• Prepare customer databases for initiatives (e.g., birthday cards, festive acts, EDM activations).
• Conduct database cleansing to meet Data Quality Index KPI and maintain data integrity by contacting customers for missing information.
• Update customer profiles and assist sales with reallocating sales consultants as needed.
• Support new reconsents and assist with reconsent campaigns.
• Assist in car registrations, ensure delivery gift items are stocked, and provide gift options.
• Process delivery gift orders, raise purchase requests, manage goods receipt, ensure timely delivery.
• Update database with latest customer data for Qualtrics surveys.
• Assist marketing projects and track campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare reports on showroom/Service centre traffic, lead funnels, sales conversions, test drives.
