Job summary

A consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead customer relationship management programs. Job description

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of customer relationship management programs. This role will be responsible for driving customer engagement, loyalty, and sales growth through personalized campaigns, data-driven insights, and seamless omnichannel experiences.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners while managing CRM campaigns end to end using Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Campaign Planning
  • Develop and manage the CRM roadmap and campaign calendar to support sales growth.
  • Ensure all CRM campaigns are on-brand, targeted, and personalized.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as retail, customer service, and e‑commerce to deliver a consistent customer experience across all channels.
  • Identify and evaluate external partners to enhance customer benefits and program value.
CRM Campaign Execution
  • Design and manage end-to-end customer journeys, including offers, communications, and experiences.
  • Execute CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud; experience with Loyalty Cloud and Service Cloud is an advantage.
  • Manage automated journeys, customer segmentation, lifecycle communications, and engagement flows.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution from planning to launch.
Project Management & System Testing
  • Partner with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement CRM campaigns, system enhancements, and improvements.
  • Define clear business requirements and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful deployment.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze CRM and customer data to generate insights and support business decisions.
  • Track and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, customer lifecycle activities, and loyalty program metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of CRM experience, preferably in a B2C retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy, including loyalty programs, personalized communications, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; experience with Loyalty Cloud and Service Cloud is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing CRM campaigns, projects, and UAT.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with cross‑functional teams.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
