Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a Critical Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and overall management of a building. You will ensure optimal operational efficiency, safety, regulatory compliance, and service excellence across all sites.

You will lead preventive maintenance programs, manage third-party providers, and drive incident response while maintaining thorough documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 8 years' proven experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or telecom environments.
• Strong understanding of Uptime Institute Tier II–IV standards and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to maintain health of all critical systems.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
• Manage third-party service providers, monitor quality, safety, and SLA performance.
• Lead end-to-end incident response.
• Maintain documentation for audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.

• Strong understanding of Uptime Institute Tier standards (Tier II-IV)
• ands-on experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Solid ability to read and interpret Electrical Single Line and Mechanical schematics.
