Job summary

Potato Corner Singapore is hiring for a full-time role that blends service with leadership. You will prepare and serve signature fries and shakes, delivering memorable customer interactions while upholding store standards.

You will manage inventory, schedule tasks, and coach crew members to meet KPIs for cleanliness, service, and sales. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in F&B operations, including 1 year in a supervisory role, and holds the FSC Level 1 certificate.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic, service-oriented individuals.
• Full-time: 44 hours weekly across 5 days, including weekends and public holidays.
• Possess or be willing to obtain a valid Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate.
• At least 2 years of operational experience in F&B, including 1 year as supervisor or shift-leader.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s vibrant food culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve signature fries and shakes, delivering friendly service.
• Ensure store operating processes and standards are followed.
• Lead and manage inventory and stock to keep operations smooth.
• Monitor store KPIs for cleanliness, customer satisfaction and sales.
• Coach and mentor service crews; handle escalated issues and maintenance.
• Collaborate on scheduling, training, reporting, and planning with Supervisors.
• Communicate SOPs, promotions, and new product launches clearly.

What You’ll Do

• Be a fry & shake Enthusiast: Prepare + serve our signature flavoured fries & more
• Deliver exceptional customer service: Make every interaction friendly & memorable
• Ensure store operating processes and standards are adhered to
• Lead inventory and stock management to keep things running smoothly
• Monitor store performance, ensuring all stores under your care meet main KPIs for cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and sales
• Coach and mentor Service Crews (new and existing)
• Handle escalated issues, including customer concerns and equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with Operations Supervisors on scheduling, training, reporting, and operational planning
• Ensure seamless execution of cascading information including SOPs, promotions, new product launches, etc

What We’re Looking For
