Job summary

GREENLANE PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst to support the bank's credit risk management function. You will perform credit risk evaluation, risk monitoring, and regulatory reporting to keep exposures aligned with internal policies and MAS requirements.

You will collaborate with front-office and back-office teams to maintain asset quality and support prudent risk decisions, including drafting and submitting risk reports and ensuring timely MAS610 reporting to Head Office.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Banking, Accountancy or related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in credit risk / credit analysis within banking.
  • Strong understanding of credit assessment, financial analysis, and risk management principles.
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting (e.g. MAS returns) is advantageous.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin for reporting to Head Office.

Responsibilities

  • Perform credit risk evaluation on corporate clients, including review of credit terms and conditions prior to facility drawdown.
  • Monitor credit exposures, repayment behaviour, and compliance with approved terms and covenants.
  • Identify potential risk issues and recommend appropriate mitigation measures in line with the Bank's risk framework.
  • Prepare and submit risk management reports (e.g. credit risk limits, RWA, asset quality and portfolio reports) in a timely manner.
  • Support implementation of risk policies and guidelines from Head Office and local management.
  • Participate in drafting and updating credit policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports in Business Chinese for submission to Head Office, including regulatory reporting (e.g. MAS610).
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across front and back office to ensure smooth processing of credit and trade-related transactions.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

About the Role

We are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to support the bank's credit risk management function. This role will be responsible for credit assessment, risk monitoring, and regulatory reporting, ensuring all credit exposures are managed in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
