Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–7+ years in credit review, assessment, corporate restructuring, or debt recovery.
• Strong understanding of corporate lending procedures and banking regulations.
• Strong analytical skills to assess corporate finances and credit risks.
• Experience with preparing analytical reports and presentations.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; data analysis tools preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Review credit ratings and ensure consistent application.
• Analyze overall loan portfolio quality.
• Review compliance with credit policies and regulations; propose revisions.
• Assess credit approvals and loan agreements compliance.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations; train staff.
• Identify problem loans and monitor corrective actions.
• Report findings to management and follow up on actions.
• Support credit review activities for overseas branches.
