YTL PowerSeraya Pte. Limited, a leading energy group in Singapore, seeks a dedicated professional to join Arrears Management and Policy Compliance.

You will monitor credit positions, liaise with customers and internal stakeholders, and help improve cash flow while ensuring policy alignment. Qualifications

Diploma or degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
Strong organizational, analytical, and systematic thinking.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with data management and automation tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, RPA).
Able to work independently and in project teams.
Experience with CRM systems.
Fast learner with ability to apply new knowledge to improve output quality.
Strong interpersonal skills to build stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

Arrears management and collateral management per credit policies.
Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders on collections, disputes, and payment setup.
Prepare aging reports and financial health assessments for management.
Drive digitalisation and transformation through process improvement and automation projects.
Support new product delivery and BAU enhancements for finance/credit workflows.
