Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills; stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform group regulatory reporting (MAS Notices and related work).
• Perform management reporting.
• Perform marked-to-market against financial collateral for limit adjustment.
• Review Letter of Offer / Facility Agreement for covenants and milestones.
• Perform independent verification of covenants for compliance.
• Validate supporting documents as evidence of verification.
• Prepare management report and participate in process reviews.
• Train and nurture junior staff.
