Qualifications

About this role

Reporting directly to the CEO - Singapore, the Credit Administration Executive will play animportant role in supporting our brokers across Singapore and Malaysia.Collaborating with colleagues within the APAC region, you will help ensure theseamless delivery of exceptional service to our clients while developingvaluable knowledge of the trade credit insurance industry.

This role would suit someone who enjoys administration, is highlyorganised, and thrives in a professional, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing sales and clientservice support, including preparing client meeting materials, renewaldocumentation, quotations and insurer submissions.
• Liaising with insurers andunderwriters to obtain information, follow up quotations and manage policydocumentation.
• Maintaining accurate client,policy and service records across internal systems.
• Supporting claims and creditlimit administration processes where required.
• Ensuring documentation iscompleted accurately and in accordance with NCI's service standards.
• Providing generaladministration and office support as needed.

• Hold unrestricted workingrights in Singapore.
• Be willing to undertakeoccasional travel, including training opportunities in Australia.
