Job summary

Dexian Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced program and project management professional to support marketing operations for creator/influencer campaigns across APAC and US hours. The role emphasizes collaboration with agencies, vendors, and external partners, and requires strong organizational discipline.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams and deadlines, review creator content and localized materials against defined criteria, and provide clear feedback.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, marketing operations, creator/influencer marketing, content operations, agency management, or related fields.

• Review creator profiles, social content, or localized marketing materials against defined criteria.
• Maintain trackers, project plans, or status reporting.

Job description

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, marketing operations, creator/influencer marketing, content operations, agency management, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, deadlines, review cycles, and stakeholder groups.
• Experience working with agencies, vendors, or external partners.
• Good judgment and attention to detail when reviewing creator profiles, social content, or localized marketing materials against defined criteria.
• Strong organization skills and experience maintaining trackers, project plans, or status reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to give clear and concise feedback.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) and in one or more APAC languages.
• Based in APAC and able to collaborate across APAC, and US working hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with creator selection, creator content review, localization review, or similar marketing operations.
• Familiarity with creator marketing, short-form social content, or digital advertising workflows.
• Experience with workflow tools, creator marketplaces, content-review systems, or similar operational platforms.
• Strong understanding of creator culture and social-media trends across APAC markets.
