Qualifications

• Strong content creation skills with a portfolio demonstrating ability to create engaging visual and video content.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
• A good eye for aesthetics, composition and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of brand language and ability to maintain brand identity across formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, resourceful and proactive; able to work independently and with a team.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with social media advertising platforms and content tools is a plus.
• Candidates with a background in content creation, digital marketing or related creative field are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, create and execute content across social platforms, including photography, short-form videos, captions and assets.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity and tone across all digital content.
• Develop and manage content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Build and manage relationships with partner creators and collaborations.
• Plan and execute marketing and advertising efforts across social platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and use insights to improve future content.
• Oversee in-house ambassador programme engagement and activities.
• Research social media trends and audience behavior to inform content strategy.
• Support campaigns for new products, promotions and brand initiatives.
• Write short-form copy including captions, headlines and product descriptions.
• Assist in maintaining Grey & Sanders' digital presence and brand identity.
• Support other marketing and creative initiatives as needed.
