Job summary

A creative agency in Singapore is seeking a Creative Lead to define and own the vision for immersive, location-based experiences. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Vision & World-Building: Define and own the creative vision, narrative, and thematic direction for immersive, location-based experiences.
  • Develop story worlds, concepts, and creative frameworks that guide all downstream work.
  • Ensure creative consistency across environments, multimedia content, and experience extensions.
  • Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire designers, writers, and creative collaborators.
  • Provide clear creative direction and high-level feedback throughout the creative process.
  • Review and approve creative outputs to ensure alignment with the intended vision.
  • IP & Creative Partnerships: Collaborate with IP holders and brand partners to interpret creative guidelines and narratives.
  • Present concepts, narratives, and creative rationales confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage creative feedback and revisions while protecting creative intent.
  • Collaboration with Production & Project Teams: Work closely with Producers and Project Managers to ensure creative ideas are feasible and well-articulated.
  • Support creative problem-solving when constraints arise during production.
  • Maintain creative quality through to final delivery.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Creative Lead, Creative Director, or equivalent in experiential, immersive, or narrative-driven environments.
  • Strong storytelling, conceptual thinking, and world-building skills.
  • Experience working on location-based experiences, exhibitions, themed environments, or immersive installations.
  • Comfortable collaborating with IP holders and navigating creative approvals.
  • Clear communicator who can articulate creative ideas visually and verbally.
  • Strong creative judgment and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with multimedia storytelling (video, audio, interactive).
  • Familiarity with merchandise or physical extensions of narrative worlds.
  • Background in theatre, film, games, or experiential design.
  • A love for the surreal, playful, and slightly absurd.
