Hustle Studios in Singapore is looking for a Creative Intern to gain a 360-degree view of a fast-paced media agency. You will help with market research, client outreach, pitch decks, and behind-the-scenes tasks while contributing to content production, including on-camera appearances when required.

Join a young, disruptive regional team and build a compelling portfolio of viral Instagram and TikTok content as you learn the craft of winning big clients.

Responsibilities

• The Client Hunt: conduct market research to identify potential clients for our services.
• Business Behind the Lens: assist with pitch decks, client outreach, and admin tasks.
• Brainstorm & Shoot: support ideation, mood boards, and on-set content production.
• Main Character Energy: participate in content production and appear on camera when needed.
• The Full Rotation: rotate across projects to learn both creative production and business development.

We are looking for a multi-talented, high-energy Creative Intern who wants a 360-degree view of how a media agency actually runs. If you want to learn the art of the creative shoot and the science behind winning big clients, welcome to the team!

What You’ll Do (Your Daily Hustle)

• The Client Hunt: Dive into market research and hunt down exciting potential clients to pitch our creative services to.

• Business Behind the Lens: Learn the ropes of agency sales by assisting with pitch decks, client outreach, and crucial behind-the-scenes administrative tasks.

• Brainstorm & Shoot: Jump into the writer's room! Support the creative team with viral ideation, mood boards, and on-set content production.

• Main Character Energy: Step out from behind the camera and participate directly in our content production—including appearing on camera when the script calls for it!

• The Full Rotation: No getting stuck in a boring rut here. You will rotate across different projects to master both creative production and business development.
